This 60-story condo building was designed by Ajai Associates for Lightstone Group, a major NYC developer with an extensive portfolio of residential and mixed-use projects. The building's distinctive facade features arched punched windows set within a black precast concrete panel system, creating a dynamic visual rhythm across the elevation.
