80 Clarkson

80 Clarkson represents a thoughtfully designed mixed-use residential tower in Lower Manhattan's Hudson Square neighborhood. Positioned opposite Google's new NYC headquarters, this project showcases Cookfox Architects' and Zeckendorf Development's collaborative approach to contemporary residential design in a rapidly evolving district. The building program reflects the neighborhood's diversity, combining senior housing with high-end condominiums in a single, cohesive structure.

The exterior envelope features limestone-clad precast concrete panels fabricated by BPDL, with windows supplied by Skyline. Suffolk Construction served as the general contractor, managing the integration of these systems on a site with significant urban constraints. SLCE Architects served as the architect of record, working alongside Cookfox on the detailed design execution.
