Bard College Residence Halls

The masonry building design by KPF provided some much needed additional accommodation for Bard College in Red Hook New York. The project utilized uPVC triple glazed windows from Europe, along with thermally broken brick ties and shelf angles to reach Passive House design standards. DBI severed as the owners rep. KBE was the Construction Manager.
