Front and York - 85 Jay Street

Covering a fully city block in Dumbo Brooklyn. The project consists of 2 towers on a podium with over 750 apartments and 1.4m sqf in size. Front and York was design by Morris Adjmi and consists of large punched windows with a grey brick and a scalloped GFRC panel. The storefront design resembles the scholastic building.
